My wife wanted a Car Play compatible device in her 2009 VW Golf and I had tried a cheap device I bought from Amazon that failed within 3 days of fitting.
After some Googling, I came across RCD330.co.uk and immediately placed my order. It was more expensive, but I was sure it would be worth it.
My faith was repaid when it arrived. Fitting was a breeze and because it's a VW OEM part, looks the business in the car. My wife is now very happy (always a good thing!).

Couldn’t have been easier to install in MK6 Golf. Super quick, intuitive, plug and play.
Went for the reverse USB mod and wireless USB adapter and glad I did. Seamless.

Really pleased with the unit. Installation was quick and easy, and delivery was extremely fast (ordered Friday afternoon, came Saturday morning). I got the rear-USB modification as well as the wireless carplay adapter for an amazing clean look, it works very well and connects instantly as the ignition is turned on, as well as being super responsive when using the touchscreen and would not notice any difference from being wired.

I apprehensively bought this for my sons 2013 vw polo for Xmas. We couldnt be happier with my purchase. The build quality is actually really good, it looks OEM,the sound quality is excellent and the touch screen is really responsive, and switches between apps etc seamlessly. Parking sensors are much better. I really can't recommend it enough. At the minute we're struggling to take calls through the carplay app but I'm sure this is down to phone settings. ( phone works fine when not on car play).
If your thinking of buying one it's far better than I expected. And literally took 5 minutes to fit.

Ill start off by saying that my car is a Passat CC 58 plate, that has also been imported from Japan. It was fitted with a Japanese variant of the RNS510.
From the start, the advice has been brilliant, this chap really knows his stuff, and the new headunit fits absolutely perfect, I did need the additional canbus cable, but I knew that from the start, took me no time at all to fit it, and I now have carplay and a much nicer headunit in my car which works with my exisiting parking sensors and steering wheel controls. Absolutely brilliant.

I brought this headunit as VW quoted me £1000 pounds to fix my old one. I was highly suspicious in buying an headunit this cheap compared to its market but definitely worth the price! It’s very responsive and quick with its touch. I highly recommend this headunit along with the great customer service I received with constant updates.

Ok so my son wanted this stereo for his birthday and I agreed to buy it. I was a little worried, who am I kidding, I was really worried about using a site I had never used before especially when it advertised next day delivery and that never happened. BUT although there was a problem with the delivery, I was updated and kept informed the whole time. The package was well wrapped and arrived on the day Ali said it would. My son installed the stereo in 15 minutes and is over the moon, as am I. I would definitely recommend RCD330 and would like to thank them for such a great service.

Lovely upgrade for a Polo 6R which had factory RNS510 and a phone holder to give me Nav. Super easy to fit this, exact replacement for OE and uses all factory connectors (although no DAB, but I didn’t use that anyway and knew this before purchase). I now have CarPlay and the option for a rear view camera which I’ll add at some stage, given how easy it is to pull the unit out. The screen is clear and very responsive to touch, and CarPlay operates as it should, with Nav apps easy to access and music streaming services. Sound output seems on par with the RNS 510 so no amp issues, although I also threw in an under-seat subwoofer to complete the entertainment experience.
Before the order, I asked a few questions to the retailer, and they were very helpful.

I don't normally write reviews so this will be one of first. Absolutely love the unit, had it supplied and fitted on the same day which was great as I was going on a france trip the next day. Seller was super helpful and responsive with this, even installed it for me late evening which i'm massively grateful for. Massive upgrade for my mk5 golf plus and very friendly people, highly recommend.

The delivery was speedy. The head unit was well packed. I had to buy another twin to single fakra Ariel adapter cable for my Vw T5.1 Transporter. Fitting the head unit was simple. And easy plug and play wiring.
The radio/ head unit looks great and works great. A good modern upgrade.
The only issue I have with it , is with the park pilot screen. I have. ! . I don’t have a camera fitted. It said in the online sales site that it will learn. Well it does and it doesn’t. First time you start a journey and engage reverse you have to press ok to see parking sensors. Or engage reverse twice. Then it works ok till next time you turn off ignition switch. Then same thing happens again.
I will either have to get a rear camera or code out camera with VCDS or similar.

After numerous attempts to get CarPlay into our 2008 VW, I stumbled across the RCD330 UK. I couldn't be happier. The product came well packaged, and the backup support was there. Now enjoying the car experience more than ever. If you're in two minds, don't be. Great product and so much better than the other units out there, trust me, I've bought them and binned them. Highly recommend RCD330 UK.

I really like the RCD330, fits well with the cars interior and the functions are easy to use. Would be 5 stars however the radio reception is quite poor and even prior to that I had to order a separate antenna adapter as the one sent was not compatible with my car (2012 Polo).

Install was so easy in my facelift 2010 Touran! As long as you follow site compatibility instructions, there won't be an issue. Fits great, looks OEM, very helpful chat function. All my questions were answered, and the unit arrived in 2 days. FANTASTIC. 100% recommend.

Couldn't be happier!!! Answered all my questions about the radio, kept me up to date with the shipping. The "shopping" app kept me informed of delivery, it arrived well packed. All cables were included for my Mk6 VW Golf and had it installed in 10 mins. Even the RDS worked, which thought from other sites it wouldn't. Unit was brand new, and worked with CarPlay first time. ParkPilot (the reversing beeps) works perfectly, the steering wheel functions all function and now have satnav, phone and music all at my fingertips. Can't recommend the site and service enough. Just wanted to drop a review for anyone wondering if these are actually genuine, as I was a bit skeptical but i've confirmed that they are on a reddit post i made. Managed to install a custom logo on my unit which is a nice touch, and seller was really helpful to sort out an issue I had with carplay calls, top stuff.

Excellent quality, great service, quick delivery and an absolute doddle to fit. Replaced the RNS15 in my 2015 Seat Toledo, retaining steering wheel controls. Having CarPlay is a huge improvement. Highly recommended, I just wish I’d done it sooner.
